New Villagers in New Horizons: Raymond, Judy, Dom, Audie, Sherb, Reniegh, Megan, Cyd

Meeting new villagers is one of the best moments of playing any Animal Crossing game, and thankfully Animal Crossing: New Horizons (ACNH) has introduced eight brand new villagers to the series!

Each of these new villagers are a different personality compromising of all eight possible villager personality types in Animal Crossing. So you can have an island featuring the entire set of new villagers while still featuring a variety of personalities!

Every Brand New Villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Audie

Audie is a new coral female Wolf villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Peppy personality.

She wears a lovely Pineapple dress and may be inspired by the grandma who played over 3,500 hours of Animal Crossing: New Leaf in a viral video! Her birthday is on August 31st.

Cyd

Cyd is a new red male Elephant villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Cranky personality. His birthday is on June 9th.

Dom

Dom is a new cream male Sheep villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Jock personality.

He wears a rainbow tie-dye shirt and can be one of your two starting villagers. His birthday is on March 18th.

Judy

Judy is a new pastel female Cub villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Snooty personality. Her birthday is on March 10th.

Megan

Megan is a new purple female Bear villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Normal personality. Her birthday is on March 13th.

Raymond

Raymond is a new grey male Cat villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Smug personality. His birthday is on October 1st.

Reneigh

Reneigh is a new brown female Horse villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Uchi personality.

She can be one of your two starting villagers. Her birthday is on June 4th.

Sherb

Sherb is a new blue male Goat villager in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with the Lazy personality. His birthday is on January 18th.

How To Get The Brand New Villagers

Since there are currently no Animal Crossing amiibo cards for the new villagers in New Horizons, there’s unfortunately no way to force getting them specifically as a new arrival to your existing island.

However, there is one way you can guarantee at least two of the new villagers as a starting villager when beginning your island with enough time and patience, thanks to a trick in how starting villagers are selected!

When you begin a new island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, your first two starting villagers will always be a female villager of the Uchi personality and a male villager of the Jock personality.

Since two of the new villagers are these personalities, you can theoretically guarantee getting one of them by resetting the game enough times. Those two villagers are Dom the Jock Sheep and Reneigh the Uchi Horse!

Normally, that would be a pretty futile process with over 350 villagers in Animal Crossing, but it’s far more reasonable with the Uchi and Jock starting villagers restriction. There are only 24 Uchi villagers and 81 Jock villagers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
